Dallas Regains Power!

Just yesterday on 1/2/12, Dallas Oregon restored power again. 4,400 people that are pacific power customers went without power starting from Tuesday evening, to Wednesday morning. The Dallas pacific power substation failed and shut itself down around 10pm Tuesday night. Jan Mitchell said that a insulter informed her. They had a technician come in on the site and worked things out for about 15 minutes. Then he realized what the problem was but explanation for why the substation failed and shut down. Now Dallas is back up and running with power. Everyone in Dallas is glad to regain power and enjoy heat and entertainment.
